单转子在线除气装置

铝熔体中含有大量的氢气和杂质,是影响铝产品质量重要因素之一。在线处理装置是在线型净化铝熔体设备,箱体内部结构是依据于除气吸附精炼原理设计,通过情性气体漂浮法(物理反应)把熔体的氢气带出液面,通过氯气或四氯化碳中和熔体中的碱性金属(化学反应),达到熔体净化的目的。

      我司专业生产研制的除气装置,主要有箱体式除气机(固定式与倾翻式)、流槽式除气机、真空式除气机。通过旋转叶轮喷头在熔体中搅拌切碎惰性气体,保证惰性气体与铝熔体充分接触的时间,有效地保证除气效果。箱式除气有单转子、双转子等型号。

      产品特点:

1 )保证惰性气体扩散表面积在铝液中达最大,弥散性最均匀,气泡最小;

2)增加了气泡驻留时间且静置时间最为合理并增强了混合,惰性气体与杂质保持充分接触,从而到达良好的除气效果,因此具有更好的系统工艺性能;

3 )箱体底部特殊的抗紊流与二次切碎气泡设计

4 )保证惰性气体产生的涡流最小,铝液表面浮动最小;

5)保证铝液形成稳定的潜流,进、出口温降最小,并有合理的扒渣门和清渣孔;

6)转子PI控制无级调整。

7)特殊的隔热保温层及热反射层设计,确保箱体的保温性及温降最小

8)相对于流槽式除气装置,节约情性气体的使用量;

9)保持在除气箱体中金属的温度等于或高于铸轧所需温度,减少了铸造温度的变化,因此降低了保温炉的温度,从而减少金属可能产生的烧损状况。

10)箱体式除气装置保温及密封效果优于流槽式除气机。

11)箱体内衬材料选用熔融硅或超强浇注料烧结而成,材料具备耐高温、强度高、抗冲刷强、耐急冷急热、不粘铝、与铝液不产生二次污染等特性。

      深箱体系统除气的劣势:

1)箱体式设计不便于频繁的更换合金。

2)与流槽除气机相比要占用更大的空间。

3)加热系统设备增加了投资和维护成本。

    Aluminum melting liquid contains a large number of hydrogen and impurities, which is one of the important factorsaffecting the quality of aluminum products. In-line treating device is inline decontamination device for aluminum melting devicewhich inner structure is according to degassing, adsorption and refining principle, through taking out hydrogen in melting liquidby floating inert gases and neutralizing the basic metals in melting liquid by chlorine or carbon tetrachloride to reach thepurposes of melting liquid purification.

      Our company specializes in in-line degassing devise for molten aluminum. The main box types including box- -type filterbox (fixed type and tilting type), launder-type degasser, vacuum type degasser. Stirring and chopping the inert gas in themolten aluminum by rotating impeller, making inert gas fully contacts with molten aluminum which ensure the degassing effect.The box types include single- -rotor, double-rotor and other types.

      Product features:

      1. Making the inert gas diffusion much wider in the molten aluminum, dispersivity much more uniform.

      2. Adding the dwell time of bubble, with the most reasonable standing time, strengthening the mixture, inert gas can fullycontacts with impurity. Above all, it can get a better degassing effect.

      3. Turbulent flow resistance and twice- -chop bubble design for the bottom of degassing box 4.With minimal vortex(created by inert gas), with minimal floating on the molten aluminum surface.

      5. Making the molten aluminum form into the stable undercurrent, with minimal temperature drop at the inlet and outlet,installation on drossing gate and slag removal hole.

      6. Rotor PI control with stepless speed regulation

      7. Insulation layer and heat reflecting layer design, keeping a perfect heat retaining property of box and minimaltemperature drop.

      8. Using less inert gas compare with launder-type degassing unit. 9.Keeping the temperature of molten aluminum higherthan (equal to ) the temperature of casting demand. Reducing the change of casting temperature, decreasing the possibility ofburnt loss of metal.

      10. The heat preservation property and sealing effect of box type are better than launder- -type s.

      11. The lining material of box is fused silica or super castable, with the performance of heat resistance, high strength,antiscouring, high cold-resistance heat-resistance, nonstick aluminum, no second pollution with molten aluminum.
